I’d like to share with you some of the items that were sold this year.

If you are in state, meaning you live in North Carolina, then the price listed below is what you’d pay. If you are out of state you’d pay an extra $1 for shipping, and if you live out of the country and extra $2.

As you may have read from Lucy’s previous update, her and Allison will not be joining us for this year’s Artist Alley endeavor at Animazement! However, Allison will still be roaming the convention in cosplay, and Thais and Natalia will still be at the table! So come by and say hey!

Speaking of which, Thais and I have brand new merchandise to bring this year to Artist Alley, such as hairpins, new lolita headbands, magnets, bookmarks, and much much more! So keep on the lookout for us at the mezzanine!

Whoosh! Cosplay group is also taking a break from convention activities, as we will not be doing a skit this year for the annual cosplay contest. However, most of the Whoosh! members will still be attending Animazement, see if you can spot them all!!!

As you may know, Child-Eating Books usually sets up its tables at Animazement’s Artists’ Alley every May, and we are glad to announce that we snagged a table! However, Allison and Lucy will not be behind the table this year, unfortunately, due to life, college, and things piling up. Even so, Natalia and Thais will be there to represent, selling their awesome wares, so come on over and say hello!

Updates from Lucy: 

I have a Tumblr now that I update from time to time. You’re still a lot more likely to see stuff on my WordPress blog, here, but you can also see some snazzy things that don’t appear there on my Tumblr, here. There have been a lot of updates and changes to my blog, and there are some comics coming out there, but keep a lookout for my first website coming up by the end of May (hopefully)!

My original kimono/geisha series magnets, lolita magnets and sushi magnet will be on sale for $1 (ONE DOLLAR) and the money will got to the Red Cross Japan fund. These will only be one dollar, and the fundraiser will go to the end of April!!!

If you’re ordering the other magnets that are not on this list, they will be $2 and they will go toward my school’s Water Project fundraiser (providing money to create wells in 3rd world countries!) Either way, they’re for great causes!

Part of the series of magnets marked down for $1!!!!!

My Biology in Society class is in charge of raising money for this project until the end of the semester. So, looks like the magnets are going for a classical good cause, after all!

This magnet sale will be going on until the first week of May, so contact me if interested!

 To kick off the new year I will be selling my magnets a little bit earlier than Animazement. I have literally made too many magnets then my Artist Alley table can handle(and I’m still making more). So I want to make some more room since my space there is limited!!!! Besides, it would help me be able to promote my original magnets better once I have more space to display them at the convention.

All magnets will be priced at $2, and you can choose from a wide range of them, old and new designs!!! Any and every image found in my Chibis n’ Magnets folder is up for grabs, to become a magnet for your refrigerator door! And/or any other magnet-friendly surface you desire. One of many hot-from-the-oven original magnets available for purchase, along with the classic plus newer fanart magnets!

As of February, CEBS have applied for Artist Alley tables! A lot of the policies have changed for this year, so unfortunately we only hear back from Artist Alley at the end of March to confirm tables. This however, has not stopped us from using our spring breaks to diligently get things together for the upcoming convention!

CEBS member Allison will not be working in the Artist Alley with us this year, as she has decided to take a break from the table to take more advantage of other convention events! But that doesn’t mean you won’t see her roaming around in her Dr. Who cosplay that she’s working on!

So that leaves Natalia, Thais, and Lucy! Once we have tables, you will find we have a whole bunch of new and exciting items to offer this year, as well as a brand new look to our group!

Thais is bringing back her original posctards, greeting cards, headbands and tiaras for yet another successful round, as well as working on brand-new lolita bookmarks and hairpins, too!

Natalia will bring the oldies but goldies prints and magnets, but she’s also introducing more original magnets as well as the latest chapters of her and Allison’s comic, The Red String of Fate! Red String’s newest chapter will be available for purchase in April as well as the reprinted issues of Chapter 1. Thanks to all who made this comic successful and continue to support it!

While we still work on new artwork and items to share at Animazement, we definitely don’t forget another fun part of the convention: the cosplaying! Natalia is working on a red Pyro outfit from Team Fortress 2, and Thais will be sporting original steampunk attire!

Speaking of cosplaying, the Whoosh! Cosplay group has recently decided on the theme of their next skit: Star Trek! While Natalia and Thais both had Kirk and Spock costumes made for last year’s convention, they will bring them back just for this hilarious skit, now in the works. So keep a lookout for us at Animazement 2011! We all are certainly counting down the days!!!

ToyStory 3 the movie and the video game were really emotional. Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood the video game. Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing video game fun as always.
